A regular Meditation practice helps you gain insight into the patterns of our mind and teaches you how to be present in the moment. Learning how to relax, be aware and still cultivates clarity, insight and understanding of our internal and external life.
Meditating in a group, where you receive guidance and can share your experiences with others, supports you in establishing a regular and strong practice. Everybody is welcome!
Leading on from the Introductory Workshop at YogaWest, Veronika will be leading this 6-weeks Meditation Foundation course, which is designed to help you establish your own practice. You will be required to do some homework.
Each class will include some discussion about various topics related to meditation in your daily life as well as a meditation practice. This workshops-series is an opportunity to receive instructions, share experiences, and ask questions. Veronika will offer simple techniques and suggestions that will help you to learn how to rest your attention in the present moment.
No worries if you missed the Introductory Workshop, in the first class we will take time to go over the basics again. No experience of Meditation or Yoga required.
