Founded originally as a community of interest in 2007, Lucid Living specialised in personal development training since 2010.
We combine contemporary, evidence based therapy approaches such as CBT and mindfulness, with traditional yoga and meditation practices as well as psychotherapeutic ideas to create effective health & wellbeing programmes for body and mind.
