Introductory Taster Session
This 90-min session offers the opportunity to find out what mindfulness is (and isn’t). We discuss the rational and science underpinning the practice of mindfulness and guide through a mindfulness practice. This popular introduction has been delivered in environments from law firms to university departments. Most introductory sessions are a preparatory to our 6 session Mindful Office programme or to Regular Mindfulness Meditation lunch time classes.
6-session Mindful Office program
Based on the 8-week MBSR (Mindfulness based Stress Reduction) program, this short course explores the basic principles and practices of mindfulness equipping staff with vital resources to better manage the stress and worries of everyday business life. Each session runs for 1.5 hours at your office and is organised to fit your schedule.
Regular Mindfulness Meditation classes
Classes run either weekly or fortnightly most commonly at lunch time for 30-45 minute at your office on a drop-in basis, whereby employees attend as and when they can. Diving into this highly effective calming environment helps to alleviate stress and worry and reset for the rest of the day. An ideal fit for lunchtime, or a short break during working hours and take place in a meeting room or boardroom.
