BOOKINGS & CANCELLATION POLICY
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid name and email address during all registration and booking processes.
Once you have committed to an event we recommend that you attend the scheduled number of sessions to get the most out of the program. We can not refund you for any missed sessions. Please note that we can only provide a full refund less a 10% admin fee for cancellations up to 14 days before the event start date. For cancellations thereafter we cannot refund you unless your place can be filled from a waiting list. In this case we will refund you less 10% admin fee plus any incurred Paypal or bank fees. If we cancel an event you will be offered either a full refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event.
Limitation of Liability
Lucid Living services, events and activities are not a therapy. There is no provision of any medical/psychiatric professional or assistance and you join all Lucid Living services, events and activities at your own risk. With the registration or booking of our services, events and activities you confirm to have read all information, agree with our Terms and Conditions and take full responsibility for your participation. You must inform the group leader before start of the service, event or activity about any past and current therapeutic or medical treatments and condition. Lucid Living shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from your participation in the services, events and activities offered on or trough this site.
Email Opt-in Policy
When registering for a Lucid Living event or activity you will be opted in to receive our newsletter which is sent three to four times a year. You may unsubscribe at anytime by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email sent.
Group costs are due immediately upon your booking; this is your deposit which secures your space. Food and accommodation are paid cash to the venue upon arrival. You may cancel your booking in writing up to 40 days prior to retreat start date in which case we will refund your deposit minus 20% admin fee. For cancellations thereafter we will refund 50% of your deposit unless we can fill your space from a waiting list in which case we will refund your deposit less 20% admin fee. In case of no show the full course costs are payable.
Agreement of Release
With your participation in our services, events and activities you give your full permission for any pictures, video and audio which are taken within the context of the service, event or activity to be used for promotion and marketing activities and material. It is your responsibility to inform Lucid Living in writing if you do not wish to be included in these pictures, video or audio.
The entire content, organisation, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other materials related to Lucid Living services, events and activities are the property of Lucid Living. No part of this website may be reproduced or transmitted in any form whatsoever, electronic, or mechanical, including photocopying, recording, or by any informational storage or retrieval system without express written and dated permission from Lucid Living. If you wish to receive such permissions, you may send an email with your request details to info[at]lucid-living.org.
However, please do feel free to make use of all Lucid Living material for personal use and share it with friends, family and/or those who you feel might be interested, without forcing it on them and without claiming to speak on behalf of Lucid Living. All rights reserved.

The content we put out is intended to be a reminder to keep us looking at ourselves, our behavior and what may be going on around us. We acknowledge that you might not be in agreement with some or all the content we put out. We invite you to share your personal experiences in a responsible manner but to refrain from expressing your opinion in a complaining, aggressive, abusive or obscene manner. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive or illegal.
In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Lucid Living may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Lucid Living, we have no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Lucid Living. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk
You may visit our site anonymously. We collect information from you when you register or book for a service, event or activity or subscribe to our newsletter.
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways: To process transactions – Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased service requested. To send periodic emails – If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
