Training & Retreats (events)
Your space on an event is confirmed once we have received your booking form and the required payment. This may be a deposit or the full course fee, see event description. We recommend that you attend the scheduled number of sessions to get the most out of the program. Missed or cancelled sessions will not be refunded.

For event cancellations that we receive up to 4 weeks before the event start date, we refund 50% of the full course cost minus £20 admin fee. Thereafter, we cannot refund you unless your place can be filled from a waiting list. In this case we will deduct the admin fee plus any incurred Paypal or bank fees from the refund. In case of no show the full course costs are payable. If we cancel an event you will be offered either a full refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event.
