As a previous Mindfulness course participant, I am inviting you to join me for this Silent Morning Retreat.
Being on your own with your practice can be a challenge. Whether you have kept up with a regular formal or informal practice or found your practice gradually fading over time, I want to remind you of the power and the potential that lies in coming together as a group with a shared intention.
This Retreat is an opportunity to refresh your practice. We will immerse ourselves into silence and meditation. We will explore different practices, cultivate our mindful awareness and reconnect with our innate wisdom, compassion and freedom.
This is a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with yourself and with others. I want to encourage you to join and look forward to hopefully seeing many of you again!
Veronika is an experienced mindfulness facilitator, registered BACP counsellor & therapist, and YAP accredited senior yoga teacher and teacher trainer, with a business background and extensive life and self-development experience
This retreat runs as part of the 8-week MBSR course and we have opened it up to include experienced Mindfulness practitioners who would like to refresh their practice. Please note this Silent Retreat Day is not suitable for beginners. If you would like to learn to meditate come join me for a course!
