Sharing Retreat

Don't be spiritual, be honest instead!

Many of us recognise the unique and special way of being together in honesty, love and care that has characterised our sharing groups over the years.

For us this is the most exciting way of engaging with others and the most profound way of seeing ourselves. Being together for a week gives us the opportunity to explore this shared space on an even deeper level.

Join us for this week of self-discovery. Supported and enhanced by the powerful and relaxing nature of the Andalucian mountains we will come together as a group of individuals, acknowledging something larger than ourselves, each contributing equally and uniquely to realizing this collective potential. In being together simply and honestly, the opportunity for true connection, intimacy, acceptance and freedom arises.

The mornings will start with Yoga (for those who wish to participate). Our daily program will include meditation and sharing groups. We might also experiment with group exercises, tonings, blind folded dances, etc - whatever feels in the flow. There will be a loose structure, which will also allow for spontaneity and some free time to spend relaxing at the pool, pampering yourself in the hot steam or the hot tub, enjoy some rejuvenating bodywork and explore the beautiful nature on a hike.

the retreat
The retreat will start on Wednesday, September 24, 6pm , which will leave enough time to arrive. The group will end on Wednesday, October 1, after breakfast. This will allow a bit of extra time for saying goodbye and travelling back to the airport.

the venue - Valle de Vida
You will be accommodated in beautiful and rustic shared rooms in the main house, Finca el Romero, or in tipees set amongst olive and almond groves. Facilities include a swimming pool, yoga practice deck, steam room, hydro-therapy tub.

meals
Valle de Vida will supply us with tasty vegetarian food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For the break times there will be fresh fruits, hot drinks and fresh spring water. Please let us know if you have any allergies or special food requests.

travelling
Flights to Malaga, 45 minute drive. A shared pick-up service can be arranged.
Flights to Granada, 2 hour drive. Please note there is no pick-up service available.

price ₤585
Includes accommodation in a shared twin room/tipee, tasty organic vegetarian meals, fresh fruits, all sessions and yoga, yoga mats, one hydro-tub session, two steam room sessions and plenty of fun! (₤625 for booking including transfer service from/to Malaga airport.) The price does not include travel costs, insurance or any extras you may want.
