Introductory Taster Session
This 45-min introductory session offers the opportunity to discover a variety of yoga practices. We discuss the rational underpinning the yoga practice with an emphasis on breathing and the nervous system, and guide through some simple movements explaining basic postures. This popular introduction has been delivered in environments from law firms to university departments. Most introductory sessions are a preparatory to regular Yoga in the Office or Term Time Course.
Regular Yoga in the Office classes
Classes run either weekly or fortnightly most commonly at lunch time or after work for 45-90 minutes at your office on a drop-in basis, whereby employees attend as and when they can. Diving into this highly effective calming environment helps to alleviate stress and worry and reset for the rest of the day. Classes can take place in a meeting room or boardroom.
Term Time Course
Popular with educational settings, each session follows a defined curriculum to foster certain aspects of physical fitness and contribute to overall wellbeing. Classes run for 50-90 minutes at your premises and are organised to fit your schedule during daytime or after school.
