Our Story

Transforming homes and lives through the power of thoughtful design and community compassion.

More Than Staging

Lucid Living Home Staging & Design was founded with a dual purpose: to help homeowners achieve exceptional results in the real estate market while making a meaningful difference in our community.

We believe that beautiful spaces have the power to transform not just properties, but lives. Every staging project we complete serves a greater mission—supporting mental health initiatives for young adults and teens through our partnership with Cidney's Opportunity.

Based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, we blend professional design expertise with architectural salvage and antique curation to create spaces that tell compelling stories and connect with buyers on an emotional level.

Zoe Campbell, Founder

Meet Zoe Campbell

Zoe Campbell is the heart and vision behind Lucid Living. With a rich background in marketing design and a lifelong passion for antiques and architectural salvage, Zoe saw an opportunity to merge her creative talents with her commitment to community service.

Her journey into home staging began with a simple belief: homes are more than structures—they're spaces where memories are made, dreams take shape, and new chapters begin. By thoughtfully curating each staging project, Zoe helps sellers present their homes in the best possible light while helping buyers envision their future.

Beyond her design expertise, Zoe is deeply committed to supporting youth mental health. Through Cidney's Opportunity, she dedicates 20% of all proceeds from architectural salvage, antiques, and artwork to fund therapy and treatment programs for young adults and teens in need.

When you work with Zoe and the Lucid Living team, you're partnering with professionals who care deeply about both your success and the wellbeing of our community.
